If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, in addition to your rights as a consumer under the Competition and Consumer Act and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations, you may also be eligible to return the item for a refund under our quality guarantee. In the unlikely event of a claim, only written claims will be accepted and must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Claims or returns will only be accepted where there is a fault in the product supplied or an error in the printing. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection. A refund or replacement of stock will be issued at our discretion once the goods have been checked.
